This is a really good location.Plymouth Pond is a good size pond, not very deep and would not be suitable for activities such as waterskiing. The fishing is great, as well as swimming, kayaking and canoeing, ice skating, ice fishing and ice sailing. The wild life sightings are abundant, including bald eagle.Do your own 'comps' this is a good value in waterfront. It is right on rte 7, howvere, in winter, that is hardly a disadvantage. In this price range, you will normally see, homes on streams, brooks, creeks, or seasonal homes, or camps that need a ton of work.
