New, never used for 50-60 lb dog. 28W x 34L x 30H inside. Made with 2x2 wood frame and 3/4" T-111 siding with waterproof sealer. has a metal roof painted grey and it lifts off. The roof overhang and small door helps keep it dry inside but I can change it to more traditional door (open to floor) if you like that better. $125 or offer.
