I own a 2 bedroom 1½ bath townhouse condominium in Quinapoxet Village located in Holden, MA.

I am a 30-year-old high school teacher looking for a female housemate who is clean and quiet.

Must be OK with pets! I have 2 cats and occasionally dog sit for my parents’ yellow lab.

Non-smokers only, please!

You will have access to cable TV, Charter high-speed internet and a washer and dryer in the finished basement.

The spare bedroom has a large closed and is furnished with a full size bed, end tables, lamps, and a dresser.

Prices is $680 per month and ½ of utilities.
